David Christensen is a skilled appellate attorney licensed in two U.S. States with over 15 years of private and Federal practice experience and a top-tier legal education from the University of Southern California. As Chief Operating Officer at RISE Strategic, he is responsible for the operational, financial, and legal well being of the business.  His significant organizational and managerial strengths ensure the smooth functioning of the company. His legal background also provides the added benefit of an on-site attorney to informally advise on legal matters related to marketing, such as trademarks, advertising compliance, and copyright infringement.  He manages all day-to-day execution as part of his private practice through a dedicated team of RISE contracted marketing coordinators and writers.
