While SEO has changed dramatically over the years and still involves many technical aspects, quality, premium “content marketing” is now the core of the strategy. This means your website will rank better when it has quality, useful, and fresh web content that is easy for both humans to appreciate and search engine robots to find relevant. On-site content includes new website pages and blog posts that help help improve rankings, increase website traffic, engage and impress your visitors, and building credibility so they call you for an appointment.
We work with our technology partners to ensure your company is accurately listed in real time to all the essential data aggregators. These are the trusted listing providers for search engines, apps, and directories, including Apple Maps. Enhanced service includes adding more information and content to your basic listings, and Premium service adds regular updates on your current activities and promotions.
We add more places for patients to find out about you with content on other websites, like social bookmarks, informational posts, enhanced profiles, or YouTube video descriptions, all of which improve search rankings and spread the word about your business across the web with quality backlinks. When other quality sites refer back to you, it builds your credibility with both people and search engine robots, adding just another “hook in the water” to help you fish for new business.
Your social media properties make up extra free online real estate, and when leveraged correctly, can increase your website rankings, traffic and prospect engagement. We ensure regular optimized posting to the leading social media platforms always designed to bring people back to your website. Once we’ve posted useful information on your social media channels, we boost your social media posts to a wider, targeted audience in your area to increase your exposure. The basic service includes continual reputation and review monitoring, where enhanced programs also include proactive campaigns through our partner, Grade.Us, to get more reviews, and active adding the positive reviews to your website each month. Premium service adds in additional collaboration with your office to proactively respond to reviews and questions on social media channels.
We use your blog posts as the foundation for a monthly email newsletter to prospects and clients. Email marketing is an excellent way to promote current promotions, nurture customers to drive repeat business, and encourage referrals by staying in front of them.
While we take care of all the digital components, these webinars focus on answering your questions and discussing traditional, off-line marketing tactics such as referral programs, direct mail, events, and other business-building activities. An often neglected yet important area of digital marketing, we ensure that your website is regularly audited for minor technical and SEO errors/warnings using industry standard tools. Most companies that need an experienced CMO can’t necessarily afford to have one on staff full time. While your marketing team’s Chief Marketing Advisor will always be setting strategy for your account, personal meetings can help address specific problems or opportunities your company is facing with one-on-one strategy calls. Ask questions specific to your business, review results and plan future content. Our programs allow you to have a high-level veteran marketer advising on opportunities and tactics that may be unique to your company, and none of our advisors have less than 20 years of marketing experience, so you are backed by seasoned pros.

Very few factors have as strong an impact on search rankings than regular video. Our Aggressive programs include one new video created monthly, or optimization and syndication of up to four client videos, and we encourage all clients to power up that iPhone camera and start talking to their potential patients in informal, 90 second spots, so they can get to know, trust and like you.
Ask questions, update us on your current patient offers and office news, make content requests, and get help as needed from your account manager. Basic plans are generally supported primarily through email, while more advanced plans also offer phone support with your account manager, and when necessary, your Chief Marketing Advisor. We work to keep our phone support costs down so we can stay affordable, but we want to help, so if you have questions, please ask!
Need a new brochure, sign, or video for a special campaign or project? Maybe a new website? Our clients save on any special project requests like animation, creative production, or other agency services requested outside of the scope of our ongoing monthly programs. Is all of this really necessary?
Yes, it seems like a lot, but after years of experience, we’ve identified a holistic program that covers all the important aspects and ensures they are working in alignment. Too many people pick and choose 1-2 essentials and wonder why it’s not working. Our program is proven to make a lasting, long-term difference with continual, consistent, quality coverage across all major channels.
How long before I see results?
Onboarding any new marketing vendor often takes 30-60 days, but we’ve honed this process to get you rolling with some progress in month one. You’ll see improvements to your website, directory listings, and social media channels and have a clear game plan while our team starts your content in the first 30 days. Content publishing starts in month two. SEO work requires a long-term strategic vision and will generally take 3-6 months to start improving your search rankings, traffic, and new client volumes.
What types of payment do you accept?
Most clients pay via monthly echeck automatic payments, and we prefer this in order to keep our fees down. Major credit card drafts can also be arranged if necessary, simply discuss it with us during your onboarding process.
What happens when I schedule a call?
You’ll talk to your assigned Chief Marketing Advisor about your goals and the type of program you are interested in, make sure that we are real human professionals that know what we are doing, get answers to any questions you have, and if you’re ready, begin the onboarding process.
Can I change plans at any time?
Of course, we just need 30 days notice, since we prepare your custom content a month ahead. Simply notify your account manager to upgrade or downgrade your program.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Absolutely not. We’re here to serve you, not the other way around. We do ask for a verbal, handshake agreement of 6 months when you join us, because digital marketing requires a long-term strategic commitment in order to bring results and eventually dominate your area over months and years. That said, you can cancel your program anytime. Because we produce your custom content a month ahead, this means you will be billed just one more time after cancelling and your final round of content will be published. So that’s why we ask for 30 days notice.
Are there any other fees not included in the monthly fee?
RISE is unique in that it offers an all-inclusive marketing program that is firing on all cylinders. Clients are encouraged and welcome to allocate more budget toward paid advertising, or to upgrade to a premium wire for a press release, or design and print brochures or flyers, for instance. However, your program includes all of the basics without extra fees.
What if I’m not satisfied?
At RISE we have a “make it right” philosophy.
